CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a grace period of 10 minutes per appointment, arrival after 10 minutes will result in reschedule and cancellation fee. If you are not feeling well, please reschedule. There is a required deposit for all skincare and body treatment appointments (Groupons, membership & packages do not require deposit). Sometimes things come up, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us 24 hours or more advanced notice. Cancellations within the same day of your appointment will result in a fee equal to the amount of your deposit or loss of package/membership appointment. No Call/No Show: We will retain the deposit amount. If you are 15 minutes late, you may be turned away, and charged a fee equal to the amount of the service deposit. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.
